Week 1 - Introduction to Somatic Coaching

✔ Learn the body vocabulary and emotional vocabulary.

Week 2 — Understanding the Nervous System
Learning Goals
By the end of this week, participants will:
✔ Understand how the nervous system responds to stress and safety
✔ Learn the difference between fight, flight, freeze, and regulation states
✔ Recognize body signals connected to emotions and triggers
✔ Practice nervous system regulation tools
✔ Build awareness of co-regulation and self-regulationLearning Goals
